Terms of use
The rules for using Escape the Week: free itineraries and price estimates, bookings made on partner sites.
Who we are
Escape the Week (escapetheweek.com) is run by Nisbus SL (NIF B66902412), C/ Numancia 185, 8º-2ª, 08034 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: valdimar@nisbus.com.
What the site is
Escape the Week publishes Friday-to-Monday city itineraries and estimates of what they cost. It is free to use and needs no account.
We do not sell travel
Every booking is made on a partner's site, under that partner's terms, and the contract is between you and the partner. We never take payment and are not a party to that contract.
Some links are affiliate links: if you book through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. It does not decide what we recommend; where it helps, we show more than one place to book side by side, whether or not it pays us.
Prices and places are estimates
Prices are estimates built from cached fares, partner prices and typical costs. Fares and prices change, so check the final price on the partner site before you pay.
We check the places we recommend, but opening hours, prices and whether a place is still open can change without notice. Check before you go.
Tips
When you send a tip, you allow us to use it to improve the site's content. Please do not include other people's personal details.
AI agents
AI agents may use our public MCP interface within its rate limit to plan and price weekends for a person. An agent acting for someone must get that person's approval before each booking and each payment it makes on a partner site.
Content and photographs
The itineraries and texts are © Nisbus SL. The photographs belong to their authors and are used under the licences listed on the photo credits page.
Liability
We work to keep the information accurate, but we are not responsible for services provided by partners or for changes made by venues. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law of the country where you live.
